Ingredients and preparation

ingredients:

200 grams of whole wheat flour
120 grams of warm water
2.5 grams of salt

road:

Start by mixing the whole wheat flour with the salt, then transfer the ingredients to an electric blender.
Pour half the amount of warm water, and whisk the ingredients well.
Gradually add the remaining water while continuing to mix until a sticky dough forms.
Sprinkle a flat surface with flour, lay out the dough, and divide it into equal parts.
Heat the pan until it is very hot.
Roll out the dough pieces using a rolling pin to obtain the desired thickness.
Place the dough in the hot pan and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, making sure to stir it until it cooks evenly.
Optionally, arrange the bread circles in an oven tray preheated to 180°C for extra crunch.
