a base:


2 cups crushed biscuits

3/4 teaspoon cinnamon 

Salt 1/2 teaspoon

1/2 cup melted butter

1/3 cup honey


filling: 


1 cup full-fat cream cheese 

1 cup powdered sugar A quarter cup of honey 

1/4 cup Greek yogurt 

1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

2 cups whipped cream


Instructions for making cheesecake without eggs


In a large bowl, mix crushed biscuits, cinnamon and salt.

Add the melted butter and honey, and mix well.

Pour the cookie mixture into a 9-inch pan, press down evenly, and freeze for about 15 minutes while you prepare the filling.


To fill: 


Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese alone for 2-3 minutes until creamy. 

Add the remaining filling ingredients and beat for another 2-3 minutes until well combined and smooth.

Pour the filling onto the cooled crust, distributing it evenly. Refrigerate the cheesecake for twenty-four hours.

1/2 to 1 cup crushed biscuits

1/2 cup melted unsalted butter

1/2 cup brown sugar


filling: 


1/2 cup heavy cream

3 tablespoons cornstarch

3 tablespoons water 

24 ounces full-fat cream cheese

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup sour cream 

1 can of sweetened condensed milk 

1 tablespoon lemon juice 

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Strawberry sauce for serving (optional)


Baking instructions:


Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Mix crushed biscuits, melted butter, and brown sugar. 

Place the mixture in a greased 9-inch loaf pan. In a medium bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.

In a separate small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add the brown sugar, sour cream, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.

Mix well. Fold in the whipped cream and cornstarch mixture.

Pour the filling over the dough and bake for 40 minutes. Served with strawberry sauce as desired.
